An Indian company building defence systems, aerospace manufacturing, electronics and space businesses.

AXISCADES, a Bengaluru-based listed company, supplies electronics and sub-systems for India’s radar, sonar, missile and counter-drone programmes.
In 2026 it agreed to sell its engineering-services businesses to Akkodis for about US$237 million, including contingent payments, to exit people-led services.
It will use the proceeds to rebuild as a products and manufacturing company around four platforms:
Defence Systems: Its largest platform, with facilities in Bangalore and a missile electronics complex is under way at the Hyderabad Aerospace Park.
Aerospace Manufacturing: In September 2026 it bought 90% of Cloud Wave Technologies at about ₹260 Cr EV. It also plans a 240,000 sq ft facility at Devanahalli.
Electronics: One of the key growth drivers of the company with a global presence and a strong footprint in the US.
Space: A new satellite manufacturing and testing facility is planned at Devanahalli, with ₹300 Cr of sale proceeds earmarked for it.
Under Power 930, management targets about ₹9,000 Cr revenue and ₹960 Cr PAT by FY2030, with revenue per employee rising from ₹42 lakh to ₹1.2 Cr in FY27.
With India indigenising defence and global OEMs localising supply chains, AXISCADES has the potential to become a key design and manufacturing partner.
